1. Make sure you are speaking with belief and confidence.
Believe in what you are saying because if you don't chances are
other people won't either. It's easier to do this when you are

that it is possible for you.

Passionately share your career goals or your hobbies. Regardless
of the conversation, self belief will portray confidence.

2. Be sure to give adequate eye contact. If you want to get him
to notice you a soft gaze and a smile will get his attention.
Eye contact can also make the person you are having a
conversation with feel good about themselves also.

3. Good posture and body language is essential in showing
confidence. He can tell a lot about your self confidence just
through your body language. Sitting up straight in your chair,
unfolding your arms, and avoiding shuffle will be effective in
showing self assurance. Your posture should be straight. Good
stance can go a long way in exuding self assurance.

4. Don't look to gain self esteem from other people. Confident
people don't look to others to feel worthy. Don't depend on your
companions to egg you on if you are telling a funny story, just
tell it the way you want. If you hear a song that you like
playing on the jukebox or radio, dance and sing, don't wait for
others to show that they like the song also. There has to be
someone who is going to dance first, why shouldn't it be you. Be
courageous. Be the trend setter and not the follower.
