Do These Sex Positions Help You Last Longer in Bed? The Truth is Out (Beware of the Third One!)

Are there sex positions that will help you get rid of premature
ejaculation and last longer in bed? Or are all sex positions the
same and it doesn't matter which ones you use? Glad that you
asked! The truth is, positioning is one of the keys to improving
sexual stamina. Let's take a quick look at "the good, the bad
and the ugly" of sexual positioning and how these can help to
boost your endurance in bed.

The Good: Doggy Style

This is one of the best positions to increase your staying power
during sex. Why? This is because you are able to engage in
deeper penetration, thus taking the pressure off the most
sensitive parts of your penis. Also, this position enables you
to use your free hand to caress and stimulate other parts of the
female body, including her clitoris, hence helping to amp up her
pleasure and increase the likelihood of her achieving an orgasm
sooner. Besides, even if you engage in small penetrative
movements (which work wonders for better male arousal control),
the doggy-style still offers good levels of stimulation and
pleasure to your female partner.

The Bad: The Naughty Doggy

This is similar to the traditional doggy-style, except that
instead of kneeling down, you essentially adopt a squatting pose

yourself using your arms and legs and this creates a lot of
tension in the leg muscles and the torso. When these muscles
become tensed, your ability to control your
ejaculation
will be greatly reduced.

your partner, one recommended approach is to vary the positions
above. For instance, you can start off with the missionary and
then vary between the other two. Change things up whenever you
feel that you are receiving too much stimulation and you will be
good to go!
